SERIES: Why Elixir

This series goes into detail on why I think devs, teams and companies should reach for Elixir before NodeJS in 2020, and why I think Elixir should become the 'default' over JS moving forward.

I have a series on why I don't think NodeJS should be the go-to anymore, but this series makes a case for Elixir as the alternative. In that series I also cover Go and Rust but believe Elixir is the best choice for any kind of API with all but the simplest of domains, and should also be the go-to for micro-services.

This series really only scratches the surface, but is high-level enough to get a feel for why Elixir is an all-around better choice and deserves a closer look before making a final decision on what to use for your new project or company.
